After comparing all your previous images the finding are
1. Initially after the course of treatment some improvement was noticed in mid scalp.
2. Some new hair growth was marked at front side
3. thinning of hair was not controlled. and no improvement was seen
4. there is a major difference in current hair growth. Growth was badly affected these days and hair fall has been noticed.
5. Dandruff is noticed and a layer of dandruff is deposited. earlier dandruff problem was cured.

Understand one reason of chronic hair fall may be change in weather. Sweating and dust affect hair growth badly and it leads to rapid fall of hair.

Seeing current condition I would advice you start Minoxidil 5% hair oil. This unlike my previous recommendation, it is prescription based drug only. It can be obtained with a prescription from a local general physician. The dose and frequency of minoxidil can be discussed with your physician.
Change Wiesbeden 30 to Wiesbeden 200 6 pills twice in day
Continue Phosphorus 200 and selenium 1M it will help to cure dandruff problem.

Acid Flour 200 - Alternate Days XXXXXXX Sulph 200 - 4 Pills twice a day
Phosphorus 30 - 4 Pills twice a day
Wiesbaden 200 - 6 Pills twice a day
Selenium 1000 - 3 Pills on twice on Sunday/ Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday
R89 Lipocol - 3 times a day - 15 Drops in a cup of water
Jaborandi Q - Apply gently before bath everyday then wash it and the same exercise before sleep

Minoxidil 5% hair oil (Please consult to your physician before taking the hair oil. Medicine may have some undesired effect some also. Doctors opinion and prescription is required)

Avoid Soap, Proper and gentle washing and drying of hair is required 2-3 times in day
