Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The burning with urination may be a bladder infection. You need to have that tested to make sure and to get treatment. A bladder infection if left untreated can move to the kidneys and cause serious problems so do not delay in seeking care. The dry mouth is likely from some dehydration and the abdominal pain may be from many causes or it may be linked to the bladder infection. Please see a doctor soon and let me know if you have further questions
