Brief Answer:
seem to be Rosaceae

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.

I can see a lot of redness on your cheek and chin.
Such redness is seen in Rosaceae.

Just relax it is not herpes or any other communicable disease.

I treat such cases with topical Metronidazole gel to be applied at night and a sunscreen with SPF 50 in morning.

You can also take a short course of capsule Doxycycline 100 mg daily for 15 days in consultation with your doctor.

Hope this helps you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Use coconut oil

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Hydrocortisone acetate must not be used on regular basis. It is a steroid and can harm you. Occasionally you can use it .

Coconut oil is very safe and can be used on regular basis; however it won't be of much help.
The medication I have mentioned earlier must be tried once.
Probably you can try once you are back to XXXXXXX

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Use tea tree oil

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photograph.
It is looking like an inflamed acne.
Apply a broad spectrum antibiotic cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
Every time you send a photograph, I can see lot of oil on your face.
You need to get rid of this oil on your face which is the main cause of acne.
Strictly cut down oil intake totally.
Don't eat any fast food like pizza or burger or bakery products.
You need to wash your face once in every three hours and wipe with soft cloth.
You can use a drying face wash like tea tree oil.
Drink plenty of water.
Hope this helps you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
