Brief Answer:
Dry eczema.steroid creams will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern regarding your skin problem.

It seems you are having probably dry eczema.Constant exposure to detergents, dust etc leads to loss of hydration from skin layers. This leads to dryness and itching.Cracks may form over skin at later stages.

Coming to treatment part ,application of topical steroid like betnovate or clop will help in reducing itching.A course of anti allergy tablets like cetrizine will be required in sever cases.

Avoid ring gaurd,as it may lead to irritation and worsening of conditions.

Instead of regular moisturizres i will advise you to go for more advanced formultaions like venusia XXXXXXX It has got excellent results in foot eczema.

I hope you always wear shoes or socks while going outside. This will prevent exposure to allergens like dust.

Hope this will help you.In case of any concerns i will be happy to help you.Take care.
