Question: I have sinus congestion, dry cough and clogged eardrums. Wii the Z pak help in this case?

Hello,

the symptoms you've mentioned are common in viral infections. Unless there is evidence or indications of bacterial involvement, antibiotic treatment is not recommended. Such indications may include high fever, symptoms or signs of sinusitis or acute otitis media. Z-pak wouldn't be the best option in any of the aforementioned disorders.

You'd better visit your doctor for assessment. Using antibiotics without medical prescription is not recommended.
