Brief Answer:
asthmatic bronchitis with infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
History suggest that the child is suffering with allergic/asthmatic bronchitis.
Such entities can be tackled with bronchodiltors like levolin/salbutamol, antihistaminic and decongestant.
Miontair helps in reducing the recurrences and reduce the duration of symptoms
Since the problem is for some long time then one should think of some added infective pathology.
For this one should also add relevant antibiotic, just to clear the symptoms producing elements and preventing things becoming more worse.
Nebulization with budicort and duolin 4 to 6 hourly should also help in relieving the symptoms.
Avoid allergens (allergy causing elements ) like dust, fumes ,pets, pollen grains etc.
Use vacuum cleaners to suck these.
Avoid cold producing eatables like colddrinks, icecreams, shakes etc.
Hope the query is answered. Please feel free for further clarification.
thanks
