Question: Hi, my wife is suffering from dry cough and it seems allergic cough due to climate change. She does have pain while coughing.
She is on medication for diabetes and also breast feeding the 9 month old baby.
Could you please suggest any effective medicine or syrup that won't have any adverse affect on baby and will not increase the sugar level and relieves her from coughing?
Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Tusq-D is safe in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

Syrups and inhalers are pretty safe for breastfeeding women.

Your wife can use syrup Tusq-D three times a day for 1-2 weeks for effective control of symptoms.

This syrup is also safe in diabetes and breastfeeding. It is always a good idea to inform your primary doctor that you are taking new medication and make sure you are cleared by them to do so, even with Over The counter syrups and the like.

Please note this drug has to be taken only under strict medical supervision.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
