Brief Answer:
Stop caffeine,restart therapy,diet&lifestyle changes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

My advise is as following:
- reduce caffeine intake
- re-start the anti-hypertensive treatment
- implement healthy diet and lifestyle regimen

If bp will continue to be high within a month, then, should discuss with your cardiologist to :
- increase the dose of the actual medications
- add new anti-hypertensive drug

Hope it helped!
