Brief Answer:
Over the counter medicines/ self care/ physician's advise would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for the query on health care magic platform.
I have read your query & understand your concern.
1. * I have an impression that you have respiratory tract infection ( allergic/ bacterial/ viral )...followed by feeling of giddiness, vomiting & lack of appetite
* The cause of giddiness in your case appears to be,-
-The involvement of ear & probably nose & sinuses also ..( as ear , nose & throat are interconnected.) Inflammation of internal ear leads to dizziness/ vomiting.
- The acidity problem( increased by any medications you had tried or lack of eating ) you had might cause vomiting.. weakness & giddiness.
* Overall weakness due to infection, cough & vomiting has lead to loss of appetite.
2.-In such a condition you need immediate treatment.
- Go to ER if you are too weak/ giddy. they will start with some Iv fluids & antibiotics
- If You are all right & doctor is not available at the moment, you can start with over the counter medicines like Azithromycin 250 mg twice a day/ cough expectorant syrup / Rantidine 150 mg twice a day & some if you have cold pill like Synarest twice a day / Cap Vitamin B complex once a day...only after eating.
3. Self care-
- take rest/ eat light easily digestible food / avoid spicy or oily food/ take milk at room temperature with sugar / have bread, boiled rice with a pinch of salt, sago pudding . Make it a point to eat before you take medicines.
- drink lot of moderately hot water,
- Hot saline gargles & inhaling vapor helps a lot.

4. By the time you try for getting an appointment of a physician. You would need a physician's advise in case-
- There is no relief/ the symptoms increase in spite of the medicines over the counter,
- In case you can not eat/ vomiting & giddiness are not controlled.
- Even if you are fine you should get recovery confirmed by him/ get routine advise for further prevention.
The physician would examine you physically, judge the extent & type of infection & it's spread to ENT area & in the respiratory tract itself.
- He may ask you for few investigations like blood counts/ X ray chest/ sputum examination with culture & sensitivity as per need & diagnose exact cause of your problem.
- A specific treatment will then be advised.
You would be fine within few days don't worry. I hope the answer has been informative & useful to you. In case you have any doubt, please don't hesitate to post a follow up query . I would be happy to help.
Thanks.
