today patient got it discharged however there is no significant changes in scan report : Few patch areas of haemorrhage contusions noted both frontal lobe ( left and right)
Present patient condition :
there is no complication other than severe headache.
dizziness alos reduced.
I need your help on following points:

2. The patches or clotted blood would take around a month to reduce. Complete reduction could take up to 3 months. If there are any new symptoms, as suggested earlier, then only repeat scan will be necessary.
3. For the headache, he needs to have a good regular sleep, which is very important. Stress reduction and slow head movements are essential. Normal regular nutrition and hydration to be continued.
4. Painkiller like celecoxib can be started at present, instead of Naproxen (if no vomiting is present). At his age, better to avoid opioid analgesics. If pain continues beyond 3 weeks, then antidepressants like amitriptyline may be necessary. Headaches can rarely persist up to 3-6 months, reassurance is very much necessary.
