i am a newly married lady,it has already one month but still our sexual intercourse is not successful. my husband cant penetrate into my vagina, he is able to put his fingers into my vagina, he have tried even with 2, 3 fingers but his penis is not penetrating....please advice

another issue i have forgot to discuss with you is that my husband's penis doesn't stay erect for long..while trying to enter during that time it contracts and take it's initial stage....
