Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query and will try to help answer it for you.

First, you should try to move to a healthier lifestyle, in your case a better exercise regime should be attempted. It will help your anus and its motions.

Besides, try high fibre diet. This could include things like Isapghulla. This will again step up your motions.

One of the problems you might have is Vitamin B12 deficiency. This is common in pure vegetarian people. So a course of Becosule may help.

Would like to know your blood pressure, weight, heart rate, height and weight ratio.

I hope that helps.
Looking forward to your response, so I can help better
