Is it the hard stools causing you discomfort?
Or any blood while passing the stools?
Pain associated while passing stools?
Most of the times this kind of constipation is due to the reduced fluid intake and the reduced fibers in the diet.
Increase the fluid intake to 4-5 liters a day and include lot of fibers like spinach, legumes, fenugreek, Apples etc. in your diet on regular basis.
Follow a habit of routine exercises which is very important. As lot of times it is the sedentary lifestyle causing these symptoms.

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. It is uncomfortable when I pee due to some irritation on my penis.
The tip of my penis is red and swollen which is very uncomfortable.
I am not aware of anything I would have done to have caused this.
What can I do to make it return to normal?
