Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. Your child is most likely suffering from a self limiting viral gastroenteritis. It's common in this age and we suggest the following measures:
1. Keep him well hydrated by regular oral rehydration therapy including ORS.
2. Start Syp. Zinconia or Zn20 at 5 ml once daily for 2 weeks. This will improve his immunity and help him recover faster.
3. Also, give probiotics such as enterogermina for restoring healthy gut flora.

Visit hospital if he is not accepting anything orally or seems to be lethargic, dehydrated or has persistent vomiting.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care

Thanks for the reply. That helps a lot.
Few queries regarding
1)ORS - Any specific ORS available for kids?
2)Dosage of Enterogermina?

Thanks Again

Brief Answer:
You may take any standard WHO ORS available.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Any standard WHO ORS brand or flavor is good. Just ensure proper dilution in measured quantity as mentioned on packet in case of powdered form.

We advise 1 respule of enterogermina once a day for this age group.
Take care
