Brief Answer:
Drink much (4 - 5 L/day), oral rehydration solution, stool examination, see Dr

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I think you might need to drink more and more water. You could get Oral re-hydration salt over the counter to drink. In case you continue having loose stools, it might be imperative to get the diarrhea stopped with an anti diarrheal (eg. Loperamide, but make sure to rule out infectious cause before this). Most acute diarrheas could arise from food poisoning or from viral infections.

It is urgent for you to drink a lot of water, take oral rehydration salt (you can drink like 4 to 5 litres) a day if so serious and get an anti diarrheal drug (Loperamide) to stop the diarrhea.

A stool examination and seeing your doctor might be needed if symptoms persist. However, too early to worry. I suggest you try out drinking the ORS first. However , in case things get worse, you will have to see the Emergency room.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
