Brief Answer:
Supportive care only

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sea food digestion gets difficult with passage of time and age. Age related bowel functions decline can cause it. Reducing intake of sea food is advised. i would advise preferring fibrous diet more, use salad with sea food, use yogurt and peppermint with sea food sea if it help. More vegetables, fruits, fibrous diet and fluids will help. Avoiding spicy, fatty, processed and canned foods worsen bowel habits and give irritable bowel symptoms. reduce sea food diet or reduce the amount of intake.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
