Question: Every day after evening I feel I am depressed and dont feel like talking to even my best friends.. Feel everything is dark and my life is hopeless.. What to do?
I feel I am stuck in a hole and no escape from that. I am not married, my relationships have failed mostly and my career has just begun but with no hope for further improvement. I am away from home for my job and my home-family is not very supportive but rather oppressive. Feel so miserable always.

You have symptoms of depression especially in evening, poor social interaction (don't like to talk with friends), feelings of hopelessness.
