Suggest Treatment For Dandruff Along With Hair Fall
Question: Hi,
I am XXXX my Age is 34, I am having dandruff and hair fall for many years, I am washing my head on daily basis to control dandruff & itching. If i am skipping my head wash then there could be dandruff & itching very next day. Few years back i was getting dandruff on my eyebrows but not now. Finally I am using Head & shoulder shampoo for more than a year to control my dandruff but i am using it on daily basis. I am very poor on drinking water i am very much used to have very less water intake. I tried many times to drink atleast 1/2 litre of water per day but not able to do so. I don't apply oil too.

In day you can use sebowash shampoo to wash your hair.

How many antihistamine tablets per day i should have and what time? how days i should take it?

you need to continue it for at least 6 months.
In initial 15 days use it on alternate days and after that weekly once.
Antihistamine tablet is required only if there is itching.
Daily one tablet in night for a week.
