Brief Answer:
Treatment is either with topical keratolytics or cautery or freezing

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image . I can see multiple lesions on the sole which are yellowish in appearance. The yellowish appearance being due to thick skin at these sites

Treatment options include topical keratolytic preparations like salicylic acid+lactic acid liquid.
These need to be applied once daily at night. Application would gradually soften them up so that they can be easily paired off with the help of a scalpel blade, gradually and by a small part every few days till all of the lesion is completely removed.

Other treatment modalities are removal either with the help of Electrocautery or Radiofrequency cautery Or freezing with liquid nitrogen sprayI.e Cryotherapy.
However surgical removal means that there would be wounds after the procedure and therefore you need to get regular dressings till the wounds heal i.e usually within a week or 10 days.
You may be required to take a break from work for 5-7 days till wounds heal as walking would be painful and also delay healing.

I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

You may take an OTC painkiller e.g ibuprofen for symptomatic pain relief.

Regards
Take care
