Question: I am 42 Years male, working professional, I have everyday constipation problem. tried high fabric dite, I also do regular exercise...

please tell if it is more associated with your increasing job pressure??
I shall advise you to take-
Plenty of water.
High fiber diet.
Avoid red meats.
Daily exercise.
Take a brisk walk at morning that may help.
You can try XXXXXXX or husk every night before bed.
If you are having no stool for more than 2 days try tablet dulcolax. Your doctor will know the dose.
Do a ROUTINE BLOOD SUGAR & TSH.

Yes, It is related to high job pressure. The stress day and late evening I have at work next day I see problem aggravated. Infact last year when I took 2 weeks break from work....during that time I did not face any constipation problem.

pls suggest how to cope up with this.

Now your symptoms looks like constipation predominant IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME.
Please continue all the previous medications and the lifestyle modifications i have advised..you can take tablet alprazolam or tab chlordiazepoxide daily in the night. As anxiety aggravates symptoms.
