Suggest Treatment For Constipation With Vaginal Burning And Pain
Question: I am 61 and am experiencing constipation/w vaginal burning and pain... Tested positive for UTI ( /w blood only...no pus or white cells) Had 2 rounds of Cipro 1000mg daily.Didnt work.Still blood. I decided to use Cleocin cream (left over from an unrelated problem... figured it couldn't make matters any worse) The pain is so bad that even inserting the applicator/w cream is excruciating... I went through menapose 9years ago and am not on HRT.I have had yearly Paps for 40yr(all neg) Any suggestions on my condition would be appreciated. I also need to mention I have chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura ITP (low platelets) for 35yr...had splenectomy in 1982.Have NEVER had any bleeding problems.Platelets stay in 50,000 & 60,000 range.This painful raw and burning sensation is very uncomfortable...
