Suggest Treatment For Constant Neck Pain And RHS

Question: Male , 69.
I have constant neck pain down the RHS . Have degenerated discs , v noisy vertabrae in neck .
Can cope with the discomfort , but worse each year.

Only take panadol at night a couple of times a week for relief .
Just wondering if i should have some checks or assessment ?

Because it is getting worse with each passing year, I will like to see you get more recent assessment. If the condition warrants, you may need to have a surgical repair to replace this disc.

Also, you may benefit from better pain control if another drug is added to panadol. This way, you will not always be in pains and this will increase your quality of life. Physiotherapy will be of added value too.
