Brief Answer:
Consider Assessment by Urine Routine & Microscopy as well as Culture for infection clearance

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Consider Assessment by Normal Urine Culture for infection clearance

Hi Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.

Based on the limited facts of your query, in my opinion, you need to confirm the clearance of Kidney infection by Urine Culture and clinical assessment long remissions over some time, which would depend on the nature of the accompanied kidney pathology causing kidney infections.

In normal course, with uncomplicated kidney infections, it would take 2-6 weeks at the most for Primary clearance of infections. And would need a follow up examination for next 4-8 weeks to give final clearances.

Ideal Plan-for your Case-

But Re-assessement of Constant back pain in upper back- by clinical and physical tests reinforced by Urine culture/Blood Tests to confirm completer clearance of Kidney infections.

All the above info is to educate you to resolve the anxiety you have.

I would expect more detailed information,if needed , to give specific suggestions and opinions in your case.

Welcome with more query in this regard, which I would love to reply in next session if You wish.

Hi Dear,Thanks for your updates.

With higher antibiotics and with good hydration from loads of fluids, the sweating is suggestive of recovery from the infection of the kidney.

It's only 3rd day of your treatment with antibiotics.

In the last updates,You forgot to update on the urinalysis and renal pannel tests and other blood reports, for me to comment specifically, as to why you are getting night pain /sweating on 3rd night.

Hope to get these updates soon, to be replied in next session.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day !!
