Question: I had a bad vold 3months ago where i had a continues anoyying cough ehich gave me pain in the muscke between the anus and vagina i am a nurse and do lot of lift in age care and i doxnt get to uae the ttoiket regular so im constipated so know when i pus there is a lump popping into my uterus but when i get back up in pops back in it doest really hurt it feels uncomfortable and burns alittle please help me figure out what it may be

I think you are having a prolapse, along with a rectocele.
The tissues between the vagina and the anus get loose , and can sort of hang loose ( or pop out ) as you put it.
The treatment varies.
Mild cases can be corrected with Kegel's exercise and proper diet .
However, moderate to severe cases usually require surgical correction.
SO please consult a Gynecologist, and have a comprehensive evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and grade the severity of prolapse.
