Brief Answer:
allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

From your symptoms it does appear that you have allergic rhinitis (allergy in the nose).
There are 2 types of medicines available for allergic rhinitis.
1) Antihistamines and anitleuctrines.
2) Steroid nasal spray.

Since your symptoms are not getting controlled by mondeslor , you will probably require steroid nasal spray.

Pain just below the ear is due to eustachian tube block. These tubes connect the back of the nose to the back of the ear. They tend to get blocked during episodes of allergy and infections of the nose. You can use decongestant nose drops like otrivin to open these tubes. Instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times a day and follow it up with steam inhalation for 5 days.

There is a possibility that your ears are infected. Longstanding tube blockage can cause infection in the ear.

I suggest you see an ENT specialist as soon as possible to confirm allergy and get necessary prescription. Also ear infection needs to be ruled out by ENT.

Feel free to followup,
Regards,
