Brief Answer:
Take treatment and steps as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Chronic migraine is difficult to manage.
First step is to have lifestyle modifications. Avoid fasting, stress, excessive coffee or tea. Take timely meals and adequate sleep.
For treatment propranolol and divalproate can be used if Flunarizine and Topiramate has been used already.
Sometimes, excessive use of pain killers may lead to medication overuse headache and needs to be managed by stopping all pain killers and a short course of steroids.
Amitryptiline can also be added at night for migraine, anxiety and proper sleep.
Relaxation exercises and yoga can also be tried.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
