Suggest Treatment For Chronic Diarrhea And Severe Headache When Diagnosed With HIV1
Question: My brother had chronic Diarrhea and serious headache, and later he was Diagnosed of HIV1.
During treatment, he continued to have excess Diarrhea and later he had foaming of the mouth
just before his death. Please what went wrong?.

Foam coming out of the mouth is not suggestive of any disease. What happens is that when persons are just about to die, they are unable to clear secretions from the mouth and this manifests as foaming. We cannot base our analysis on this foaming to make a list of what possibly killed him.
From the small information you have provided, which is far from actually telling us what the exact cause of death was, I believe he died from a complication related to HIV/AIDS.

Dear Sir,
He walked by himself to the clinic, but was losing strength
and his diarrhea became chronic during treatment more
than how it was initially. He had very serious headache
and the Radiography indicated that he had some wound in his
forehead. After two days of treatment, he regained
strength, but the following day, suddenly and a XXXXXXX to
me, he total lost appetite and his teeth closed without opening
and he became so heavy and his white eyes turning round, and
he died by 7.59 the following day. He stayed only 4 days in the
clinic before his death. Could this be because of the medication
they gave to him?. I think his HIV is not all that so high. This is
where i am so confused and have been regretting for not taking
him to another clinic, so until now, i find it hard to understand, if
it is the treatment that killed him or he was destinyed to die?.
Please help my worrying soul to be at peace. Advise me for i
am confused. If i do not get to know what really went wrong,
then i cannot be at peace. I did asked the doctor but he said
that the sickness has been long, but i disagree with him.

I am not sure that treatment killed him. Unfortunately, persons with HIV always hide their illness and only declare it when it is too late.You have nothing to blame yourself for. It is rather unfortunate that he died but you have no reasons to blame yourself. I am so sorry for your loss but take heart and grief so as to get over it and move on.
