Brief Answer:
You are quite right, there are such foods

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. You have a very good question, and it is important to better understand your condition, what causes it and what help to promote healing.

You are quite right to suspect certain foods that promote further spread or development of fungal infections. These are mainly sugar-containing foods and simple carbohydrates. So you will have to make sure your food contains only complex carbohydrates, minimum or completely absent sugar and high levels of protein.

I would also like to draw your attention to the specific regions that commonly inhabit yeast or rather those regions where yeast infections are most commonly seen; as rightly mentioned by you the groin, underarms, lower crease of the breasts, etc. What would you say is common in all these regions? Increased moisture due to sweat and dirt accumulation.

These regions are all regions which are more damp than other regions of the body due to accumulation of sweat. A damp surrounding helps fungus to thrive, and so you need to try to keep yourself clean and dry at all times. Take regular showers and change your clothing regularly.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Wishing you a speedy recovery and a healthy life thereafter. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
