Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Back pain not getting any relief due to shots of epidural steroids should be evaluated for the extent of nerve compression, disc prolapses or any other possible cause of compressive neuropathy. You need to have an MRI spine and consult a local good spine surgeon and with failure of conventional measures, i would suggest go for decompressive surgery. Your spine surgeon at your locality will find the best possible solution for your health. Meanwhile adapt good posture, don't bend or stoop, don't lift heavy weight, lose weight and lie on an orthopaedic mattress and take some pain killers and muscle relaxants for relief.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
