Brief Answer:
Can be Ibs.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Most likely you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with overlapping gastritis and gastric ulcers. Some patients have symptoms of unformed stools some have bloating and some may have severe constipation. Some patients have occasional symptoms whereas others may have symptoms for a long period of time.

I'd suggest, then, to do an abdominal ultrasound, fecal examination for ova/parasites, feces occult blood, leucocytes in feces, and complete blood profile initially along with endoscopy.

Treatment with H2 blocker and anti spasmodics would be started there after.

Thanks!
