Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound abdomen done

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Fever associated with chills and rigors and raised Liver enzymes possibility of Hepatobiliary infection needs to be considered, especially Cholangitis (infection of common bile duct). It is less likely to be cancer related. As you are fever free with no other symptoms there is no cause for concern.

Do get Ultrasound abdomen done as a further assessment for raised Liver enzymes.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
