Question: I have angina and taking nitrates for cad my chest hurt today bp 158/112 chest paign comes and go and even when laying down, short of breath when walking with lightheadedness. Should I ask dr to change nitrates?

Thank you for your reply, i have very limited physical activity like walking climbing stairs any movement that requires energy causes sob angina lightheadedness and palpitations where I feel heart pounding. Pulmonary cleared me.has a heart XXXXXXX ever been wrong even though it is the gold standard.? Just wandering if there are any exceptions?
