Brief Answer:
It is because of side effect of the drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am Dr. Shama and I will be answering your question.

It seems from the history that you are using oxycodone- Acetaminophen drug since yesterday. Oxycodone is a opioid analgesic drug and Acetaminophen is an mild analgesic drug, this combination is used to treat mild to moderate pain.

This is a relatively safe drug and I do use this drug commonly in my patients. Most of them do well, however it can cause few side effects like abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, constipation, chest pains or discomfort....
The chest pains you are experiencing can be because of these cramps. You need to stop the drug and you can use alternative pain killer tablets.

Please mention the indication for which you are taking this drug, so that I can advice you more accurately.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
