Question: Hey doctor iam back so today i been having cervicogenic headeche the whole day i just want too know wat can i do to alleviate symptoms ? Untill saturday

So i was telling another great doctor that i went to the doctor and got my lab results back my blood urine and stool samples are fine , but the problem is i feel off thats y i went to the doctor on the first place i get sick a lot not lately though my head hurts and i have stomach isues is like i get constipated or get diarria or iam fine for days
And i get pain in my stomach the last thing is that sometimes i coughh is like a dry cough but i noticed the roof of my mouth is like yellowish and my tonsils are red and i got bumps in the back and have like little nerves on my tonsils
The otherthing they found that my thiroudbstructure is not smooth
