Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores On The Lips

Question: hi, are these canker sores? the first picture of the two sores was taken about a week ago & are completely gone. the second pic, the sore on my lip is currently there. what are they & what causes them. thank you.

Hello

Yes. from the pictures it looks like that you may be having recurrent canker sores.

The exact cause of canker sores is still a mystery to medical science , however they are more common in diabetics and people under emotional or physical stress. They are also seen in patient with other auto immune disorders like thyroiditis, etc.

They can also be seen in patients with vitamin b complex deficiency and dental/gum infections.

Please meet your ent doctor/dentist for finding out the cause for your recurrent canker sores.

In the meantime i would like you to avoid hot and spicy food and start taking vitamin b complex supplements.
