Brief Answer:
You need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that since you are having rheumatoid arthritis , your pain in calf can either arise from some disc compression in spine , vitamin D deficiency or venous insufficiency . All these reasons need to be looked at .

I would like to see your reports before suggesting you anything , so please send me the reports .

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for reverting back.

Well I would like to tell you that it will not be possible to advise you medications based on symptoms . We can guide you how to go about things , MRI LS spine to see any disc protrusion , USG Venous doppler to see any venous insufficiency , CPK levels to see any muscular cause . You need to discuss these with your treating doctor and follow what he says . Also rheumatological disease are not easy to manage , so if you tell me the place where you stay I can guide where to consult in nearby places and take specialist help .

Already you are on so much medications adding another wont benefit till we have a reason for using the same.
