Brief Answer:
Hypersensitive reaction to an allergen (environmental or from food).

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you having burning sensation with shortness of breath.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be drug reaction to environmental or food allergen with nutritional deficiencies.

I suggest you to follow these measures to overcome your multiple symptoms.

1. You need to see an ENT surgeon for ENT examination, laryngoscopy (to evaluate deeper part of throat and voice box), blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE for allergies) and if necessary x-ray chest (to know the cause of shortness of breath). Treatment can be started as per the findings.

2. Meantime, start anti-allergic medication like tab.cetrizine 10mg (over the counter-tab.zyrtec) with PPI's like Omeprazole (over the counter Prilosec 20mg).

3. Start multivitamins, daily one tab, to manage nutritional deficiencies (tingling and tiredness). Avoid consuming animal proteins (egg, cheese, sea foods).

4. Abstain exposure to suspicious allergens (herbicides, pesticides).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
