Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

As there is no background history of herpes, this is not caused by shingles.

Please tell some more details regarding the symptoms-
1)Since when are you having these symptoms?
2)Is this burning and tingling episodic or continuous? If episodic, what is the frequency of episodes per day and how long does each episode lasts?
3)Is there any trigger factor which increases tingling and burning?Does things like touch, washing the face, brushing, eating or talking-increase/precipitate the symptoms?
4)Is there any region of loss of sensations(touch,pin-prick,hot or cold) on face?
5)Is there any history of headache,or any problem in eyes?
6)Any dental issues?
7)Any past medical or disease history?

Please provide the above details so that I can guide you regarding the diagnosis.
