Brief Answer:
Hepatitis C is not responsible for these symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision with difficulty in focussing and double vision.

These symptoms are not related to hepatitis C.
The common causes that needs to be ruled out are refractive error, cataract...

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and its treatment.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
