Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine Post Masturbation

Question: hi, I'm a 37 yr old male and i seem to pee out a small stringy blood clot after i masterbate after i excercise. Doesnt happen all the time though and goes away

II understand your concerns about the blood strings during pee after masturbation.in my opinion There are few possibilities like
Urethritis ( inflammation of penile urethra)
Cystitis
Possible trauma

However if it is an occasional occurrence and you don't have other associated symptoms like fever, burning micturition or difficulty in passing urine , you need not worry much.

For single time occurrence, antibiotics are not required. Stay off from masturbation or try it gently. I mean , don't press your penis harder and faster along with giving some break . Antibiotics are required if other symptoms are also there .
