Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Severe Lower Abdominal Pain While Having Colon Cancer

Question: Good morning, I am a 62 year old female. I believe that I have advanced colon cancer. I am going for a colonoscopy on Tuesday. I had a clean colonoscopy three years ago. My gyn says go every 2, late on that, Gastro says 5 but my dad had "FAP" A few weeks back I was feeling very bloated thought normal weight gain. On 12/5 & 12/6 I had severe lower abdominal pain and pressure - thought it was gyn and was reminded that I was due for my colonoscopy. I have had right pelvic pain and leg pain to knee cap - never thought much about it since I fractured my left foot years ago and my gait has been off. I walk in the evening power thru. but in doing my research I found it is due to colon cancer reaching the liver. I am losing weight, is that from anxiety or fullness. I have wormy pencil stools, and blood in stools. the side of my face is tingley and I have a yellow ting to my skin. My blood work came out without no warnings from family doctor. My left side abdominal is larger than my right side. I have been drinking a tea "Baida Natural Slimming Tea" once a week for the past year or more. (I also have no gallbladder) so I tend to get bound - the tea says enjoy a cup daily. In researching the indegrients it says it is a precursor for colon cancer and then I found another site that says it can tear the lining of the colon. I am really scared. I believe that it all thru my body. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Advanced colon cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking.I have gone carefully through your question.
You are under cause of risk of FAP family history witch is inherited disorder characterized by the early onset of hundreds to thousands of adenomatous polyps throughout the colon.
That doesn't mine that you have advanced colon cancer.

Regarding to your symptoms and signs you need further works-up .First of all you have to be calm and have your colonoscopy on Tuesday and then you have to do
the following examinations
1-Total blood counts
2-Abdomen ultrasound
3-CEA,CA 19-9
4-Fecal occult blood tests
5-stool DNA tests
Accorging to the results the doctor will inform you about your condition of health.
