{1} "Silvadene", "SSD", "Thermazene" "SSD AF" are common company brand names of Silver Sulfadiazine. You might not need a prescription for this ointment.
You can get "Advil" over the counter too. There are some company brands called as "Xyzal", "LEVRIX" and "XYZALL" for Levocetrizine.

{2} You will need prescriptions for "Augmentin" . So, you need to see a local doctor, who will give you one.

{3} Seriously speaking Silvadene is good enough for third degree burns. I really feel and think that you can skip taking "Augmentin" and visiting a doctor in town.

{4} Keep the area clean. Check for any dirt. Wash it gently. Keep it well. I have examined the

It really depends on the state you are living in. I'll ask you to find a cream that
contains Gentamycin that can be obtained over the counter. It's called "Garamycin" or "Septotal". It's available over the counter in most countries for that matter, leave alone states in the USA.

Secondly, If you cannot get this, then ask for "Neosporin" powder. It's really good, particularly, in your case, and after examining the picture that you sent me.

I'm really sure that, at least Neosporin powder will not pose a challenge for you to find a prescription.

Finally... I would say, let's be safe and not sorry, since your rash is at an early stage and can be "doused out" with some antibiotic-- That you are finding it hard to obtain, why do you not go to a teaching hospital in your area, they would not charge as much for an out patient department case, as much as a private doctor would charge you. If even that's not possible, please see a doctor for a prescription. Yes.
