Brief Answer: Dose depend upon severity of pain. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your query. If pain is moderate then you can take one 7.5/500 tablet of hydrocodone/APAP every four to six hours as needed, not to exceed eight tablets in any 24-hour period. The limiting factor is the APAP — healthy adults should not ingest more than 4 grams (4,000 milligrams) of acetaminophen per day. If skin rash and itching, urinary retention, lightheadedness and sedation occurs the stop taking this drug . Other wise you can also add tab tramadol 25 at night. Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening. Do not lift weight and try to avoid jogging. You can have x-ray pelvis with both hips in AP view and send me the report. I hope you have got your answer. You are welcome to ask further health related queries.
