Suggest Treatment For Asthma

Question: My daughter is 3yr old and she is having whizzing sound. Doctor prescribed her Foracort 100(twice a day) ,NESONEX (twice a day) , Levolin(2 weeks) , Omnacortil cyrup (5days).
Its been 4 month and she is taking foracort and nesonex but from last few days she is again coughing issue in night and during physical activity.
Please suggest me for the same.

I can understand your concern.
By your description, I think your daughter is having asthma.
Her inhaler foracort is appropriate.
In my opinion, you should start combination of anti histamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast). Montair LC kid is easily available an I should be given in night before sleep.
She should also start azithromycin syrup because most common cause for acute worsening of asthma is infection and azithromycin is a good antibiotic.
