Question: stiff back , tenderness totouch rib cage particularly left side, lower left side back pain , unfcortomable feeiing in left groin

all previous tests were negative , some arthritis in base of spine seems to be getting worse

You will get a positive result if you do a MRI of the lumbosacral region.
