Question: Bitten by insect while sleeping sunday pm
woke up to swelling of penis just behind head - iced mon pm to reduce swelling
tues am swelling has extended to entire penis and there is some itching
need advice and treatment reccomendation thank-you

Thank you for posting on HCM.
You have developed angioedema (an allergic reaction )post insect bite.
I would recomend a prompt consult with a dermatologist for management.
I would suggest a short tapering course of oral corticosteroid like prednisolone. Also apply a cream containing hydrocortisone and fusidic acid twice a day. Analgesics with serratiopeptidase will further help in relieving the swelling.
I am sure with this treatment you will be fine soon.
