Question: what cause my nose get stop up all time and I have to get fresh air or by AC breathe good

Nasal blockage can be due to allergic rhinitis or a deviated nasal septum. The symptoms usually aggravate on exposure to cold or some Allergan.
You should get a xray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture.
Also tell me what medicine have you been taking so far?
For how long are you having these symptoms?

Thanks for the information .
Please get a xray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture.
Take tablet levocetrizine plus psuedophedrine twice daily and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week.
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
Follow up with the xray.
