hello and thank you for sending the question. If you are having an extended stomach and you have a history of significant alcohol use or alcohol addiction it is possible that some fluid may be building up in your abdomen related to liver dysfunction.

Your breathing can sometimes be affected by having this fluid in your abdomen.

i'm concerned about your symptoms and I think you should have this evaluated by your local doctor as soon as possible.
