Brief Answer:
Spinal traction should provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that the vertebral fracture is creating problems by causing compression of the spinal nerves. These nerves supply the areas downward to the site of injury/fracture and therefore the resultant pain and problems is being felt in the area those nerves supply. You need to take vitamin B supplements and visit a neruosurgeon for further opinion of what is best to be done in your case and if spinal traction would be suitable for you.

Regards
