Brief Answer:
It doesn't look like syphilis sore.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query and picture. Syphilis sore is small painless sore usually it comes in oral cavity or genital area which has mucous membrane and mostly single lesion. This last for some days and disappear and later on secondary syphilis develop if no treatment administered. In that case the rashes can occur in palms legs etc. There will be other symptoms like sore throat , fever , muscle pain etc,. If you have such symptoms then you can go for VDRL test to rule out this.

Syphilis can spread through genital or oral cavity. So if you recieve or give oral sex you can get it. The chancre sore appear in the site of contact.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
